Ricetta semplice nella quale risulta vincente il condimento a base di succo di clementina come condimento del porcino crudo. La rucola selvatica con il suo gusto amaro molto spinto tende un po’ a prevalere e forse andrebbe dosata meglio riducendone la quantità.
